CARS & AIRPLANES

so i was planning on riding an elevator and using hand motions like doc did in class, but i forgot to do the hand motions. oh wells. i went to hilo this weekend for another dog show and sadly, the place i was staying at did not have internet connection. boo :( last week, we learned NEWTON'S THIRD LAW which stated that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. as we drove to the airport, the force exerted by the seat on me was the force that accelerated me (action force). the reaction force would be the force exerted by me (weight) on the seat. another action force was exerted by the seatbelt on me, and this decelerated me. when i took my seat on the airplane, i realized that this was similar to the car. as we took off, the force exerted by the seat on me once again was the acceleration force. the end :)
